A Veteran's Best Friend - PTSD Service Dog Training Ministry
Our mission is to provide service dog training for Arkansas Veterans with PTSD
and to share the Gospel

Imagine every Veteran with PTSD in the USA having a service dog at no cost.

Stay tuned as we start our first class of service dog trainers in the fall.  Our missionary service dog trainers will be sent to nearby VA hospitals to serve Veterans and their families all across the USA.

Thanks for visiting!

"Jake" the service dog wants all service dogs in training in
America to know this is lesson one!

A Veteran’s Best Friend is a grassroots Christian ministry serving Arkansas Veterans utilizing a service dog, a chaplain, a PTSD therapist, and a dog trainer to heal a Veteran with PTSD at no cost to the Veteran.

  • Canines are trained to interrupt nightmares and will provide a calming effect

  • Canines are public access trained so Vets can heal from isolation, fear, and avoidance

  • Canines are trained to alert the presence of other people to minimize hyper-vigilance
